He is a Guideline Faculty and involved with Nursing Leadership Section for Neurocritical Care Society along with multiple teaching lectures for Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine and Mohan Foundation. He is one of the guiding principles behind ESBICM channel on you tube and has a passion for generative AI and machine learning in healthcare.
ZARIN NUDAR RODOSHI
Zarin Nudar Rodoshi, a medical graduate from Bangladesh. She passed MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College which is a government medical college in Bangladesh in 2021 and did her internship there for the next whole year. During that period, she gained hands-on training in various departments by rotation to improve her clinical skills, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide preventive,curative and comprehensive patient care. From conducting general physical examinations to assisting in surgeries in the operation theatre, every day presented new challenges and opportunities for learning and growth. She has learnt to build up a culture of continuous learning with proper mindset to render a quality service to the humanity and still is in learning phase. Research and volunteering experiences in medical college helped her to know how to solve problems where she uncovered new knowledge, and learned to make informed decisions that benefit the society as a whole. She is very enthusiastic towards the beauty of medical science as every experience contributed to her overall development of self realization to be a competent healthcare professional.
