Dr. Vinod Chandra Sharma is a senior academician and seasoned scholar with over three decades of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He currently serves as Professor in the Department of Commerce at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand. With more than 32 years of teaching experience and 31 years of active research engagement, Dr. Sharma has made significant contributions to commerce and management education in India.

His academic journey reflects strong interdisciplinary foundations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HNB Garhwal University, a Master of Commerce and a Master of Arts in Economics from Agra University, and earned his Ph.D. from HNB Garhwal University. His core areas of specialization include Accountancy and Human Resource Management, with research interests extending to banking performance, consumer behavior, job satisfaction, financial management, globalization, and entrepreneurship development.

Dr. Sharma has successfully supervised numerous doctoral scholars, with twelve Ph.D. degrees awarded and additional candidates currently under his guidance. His scholarly work includes more than twenty-five research publications in reputed national and UGC-recognized journals, covering themes such as non-performing assets in banking, online consumer behavior, employee job satisfaction, mobile service adoption, and organizational commitment. His research has been widely presented at national and international conferences, contributing meaningfully to academic discourse in commerce, economics, and management.

In addition to his academic and research achievements, Dr. Sharma has held several key administrative responsibilities, including Assistant Controller of Examinations, Deputy Controller of Examinations, Convenor of Admission Committees, Program Officer of NSS, Chief Proctor, and Hostel Warden at university campuses. His leadership roles reflect his strong commitment to institutional governance, student development, and academic quality assurance.

Dr. Sharma has been honored with the Best Research Paper Award at a UGC-sponsored international seminar and has consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout his career, earning merit scholarships and academic distinctions. His enduring commitment to education, research mentorship, and value-based learning continues to inspire students and scholars alike, while contributing to the advancement of commerce and management education in India.

I am Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with a specialization in Finance. With three years of academic experience, I am committed to high-quality teaching, active research engagement, and contributing meaningfully to the department’s academic and institutional objectives.My research interests center on the dynamics of online financial transactions and the evolution of digital currencies. I am particularly interested in how emerging digital payment technologies influence consumer behavior, financial security, and the broader digital economy.

Dr. VAIBHAV SHARMA

Dr. Vaibhav Sharma is an academician in the field of Commerce, currently serving as Assistant Professor at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar Campus. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and is UGC-NET qualified, with academic training in Commerce and Management. With teaching and research experience spanning management, marketing, and finance, his scholarly interests focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, sustainable business models, and technology-driven entrepreneurship.
Dr. Vaibhav Sharma has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and conference proceedings and has presented his work at international conferences. He also holds a registered copyright for his academic work on “Generation of Computers.” His academic pursuits reflect a commitment to contemporary business research and the integration of digital innovations in commerce education.
