Dr. NAMRATA GAIN

Dr. Namrata Gain holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree with dual specialization in Marketing Management and Financial Management from RDVV, Jabalpur, M.P. The pivotal moment in her educational journey occurred when she delved into the diversified aspects and significance of research. Building on this passion, she pursued an M. Phil in Marketing Management and subsequently enrolled in the Ph.D. Program at Barkatullah University, Bhopal, M.P.

Since 2008, Dr. Gain has been a valuable member of the B-School, initially serving as an Assistant Professor and currently holding the position of Associate Professor at Bharti Vishwavidyalaya, Chhattisgarh. In her role as the Coordinator in the research cell, she oversees all academic research-related activities. With a commitment to advancing knowledge, she has authored and published over 15 national and international research papers in prestigious journals and contributed to book chapters published by MacMillan.

Dr. Gain’s engagement in extracurricular activities dates back to her childhood, where she actively participated in N.C.C. and Bharat Scout & Guide, earning recognition from the Governor of M.P. and the President of India in 2000. Her interests extend beyond teaching; she serves as the Editor-in-Chief at IJMPC. Driven by a desire to contribute to the field, she focuses on developing new models in consumer behavior and core concepts in marketing management.

Dr. NEERUPA CHAUHAN

Dr. Neerupa Chauhan is an academician and professional with a background in commerce, management, and project development. She currently serves as a faculty member at Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) in the Department of Commerce and Management. She holds Ph.D. in Management from University of Mysore, her research focuses on the intersection of emotional intelligence, leadership, and employee permanence in the IT sector in Bengaluru. She has done her M.Phil in Management from Christ University delves into factors influencing employee intention to stay within the semiconductor industry in Bangalore. With over six years of Academic experience, she is specialized in the areas of Business Statistics, Operation Management, Product and Operation Management, Investment Management and Data analysis.
She has eight year of industry experience in project monitoring, and scheduling in the realm of public health engineering and environmental management projects, aligning with the guidelines of global funding agencies. She possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, SPSS and AMOS for data analysis.

Dr. RACHNA THAKKAR

Dr. Rachna Thakkar has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and completed her master’s degree in different subject i.e., MBA (dual specialization): Human Resource Management & Marketing Management, Master of Education and Master of Commerce from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur (CG). She carries a rich experience of 14 years in education field.Her area of Interest is Finance and Law.She started her career in year 2010 as Assistant Professor in Kruti Institute of Technology & Engineering, Raipur and currently she is working as Assistant Professor in St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology, Patna and looking after all the academic research-related activities and mentoring the student. She has presented more than 14 paper in National and International Seminar and received the best Paper Award from Amity University Patna in year 2019. She has published a paper in UGC care listed journal and more than 4 National and International research papers in various prestigious research journals. She has been awarded as Best Teacher Award in the year 2014 by Patrika and Mats University. She has done her NPTEL Online certification course on Business Statistics and Cost Accounting.She has marked her place among the top 10 in university during her B.Ed. and M.Ed. Apart from her academic achievements she also carry with her many certificates and award in non- academic area as well.

Dr. KARTHIKEYAN A.

Dr. Karthikeyan A., B.Sc., MBA.,Ph.D from Bharathiar Coimbatore, Currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Professional Accounting and Finance, Kristu Jayanti College,(Autonomous),Bengaluru. With over 13 years of Academic experience in various esteemed academic institutions in Tamilnadu and Karnataka. Specialized in the areas of Marketing, Human Resources and Data analysis, published many research papers in Scopus indexed, Peer reviewed journals and UGC care journals. Also published a book on Principles of Management for the Anna University Engineering stream students. He is having a vast experience in Research & Consultancy, Training on Entrepreneurship Development for the young entrepreneurs and college students on all stream. As a certified entrepreneurship trainer from Anna University, he has trained more than 150 students on Entrepreneurship and Start-up business.

Dr. Judith Gomes is an Assistant Professor at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, affiliated from CSVTU, Bhilai. She is Ph.D in Management from CSVTU University, Chhattisgarh. She has attended various Faculty development programs, Workshops, Seminars and Conferences in research, teaching and technical writings organised by various institutes under the guidance of AICTE/UGC and published research papers in national and international journals. Her expertise are but not limited to Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Product and Brand Management, Advertising and Sales Promotion, Service Marketing, Retail Marketing, International Business Marketing, Marketing Research.
