HILLI Dr. Harshavardan J. Hilli is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics &amp; Plant Breeding at PGCA, RPCAU, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics from Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, completed in 2023.
